I am extremely passionate about health and helping others find answers through evidence-based wellness. I was raised in a health-conscious and holistic household, where I learned the importance of diet and lifestyle. This helped spark my passion for science and science-based tools for healthy living. I am 18 years old, and I am committed to undergraduate studies at Davidson College in North Carolina. At Davidson, I plan on studying Biology and Neuroscience.
